$35 monthly retention bonus per account (based on client performance)
You can choose to manage 3–10 accounts depending on your availability
Typical monthly earnings: $800 – $2,000+

Each account typically requires 45–60 minutes per day, allowing you to scale your workload up or down based on your schedule.

About the Role

We’re hiring reliable remote callers to help connect contractors with new business opportunities.

This is a relationship-based outreach role — not aggressive sales. You’ll be speaking with US-based contractors, starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and handing off interested leads.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make outbound calls to general contractors, builders, and property managers
Speak naturally and build quick rapport
Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
Set follow-ups or route interest appropriately
Send simple follow-up texts when needed
Track notes and update leads inside our system

What We’re Looking For

Clear, confident English (must be easy to understand)
Comfortable speaking with US-based contractors
Cold calling or phone experience preferred
Strong communication and note-taking
Reliable and consistent — shows up daily
Able to follow systems and work independently

You rely heavily on scripts and struggle to adapt
